How do I cancel my Vespera+ subscription?
Vespera+ subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store. Cancel through your Apple ID, not inside the Vespera app.
- iOS Settings → Apple ID (top of screen) → Subscriptions → Vespera+ → Cancel.
How do I delete my account?
Open Vespera → Profile tab → Settings → Delete account. Confirm the prompt. Your account is soft-deleted immediately; after 30 days your data is purged from production systems (we retain encrypted backups up to 60 days for legal compliance).
How do I export my reflections?
Coming in a future update. For now, email privacy@ropolabs.com from the email address registered on your account and we will send your full reflection history as a JSON file within 7 days.
I changed traditions — did I lose my reflections?
No. Reflections, saves, and your streak are universal to your account. Only today's verse changes when you switch the tradition lens. The Days journal shows your full history with a tradition badge per row.
Vespera said I'm in crisis. What happens?
When you indicate you're not OK, Vespera surfaces region-appropriate crisis-line resources before returning to verses. The crisis-safe verse pool is always free and always available.
To classify whether a message indicates crisis, Vespera processes the text through an on-server model. We do not retain that text after classification, and we never use it to train AI models.
